What Will Be In Winter Wonderland Cardiff This Year?
Ice Skating
Winter Wonderland’s main event, Ice Skating, is situated on the beautiful grounds of Cardiff Castle. With an amazing Ice Rink and Walk, all with the gorgeous backdrop of the castle grounds, it will become an unforgettable experience to enjoy with your loved ones. With skating slots every day from 11:00 to 22:00, everyone can experience the fun from dusk until dawn! Be sure to book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment – you won’t want to miss the chance to share this.
Ice Bar
The iconic Ice Bar will once again be returning to Cardiff’s Winter Wonderland. Chill out and enjoy a drink with your friends at sub-zero temperatures where everything is completely made out of Ice! Be sure to wrap up warm and pre-book a time slot in order to experience Winter Wonderland’s coolest bar.
Big Wheel
Want the best view of the city this Christmas? Cardiff’s Winter Wonderland Big Wheel is back this year to give you the opportunity to experience Cardiff’s best views. Located at City Lawn Halls alongside the funfair, you won’t be able to miss it. With the option to pre-book your slot on the Big Wheel or queue up, there is no excuse not to give this one a go.
Food & Drink Stalls
With a range of Food and Drink stalls across both locations, Cardiff Castle and City Lawns Hall, you can be sure you won’t be going hungry with a range of exceptional street food and sweet treats, including the iconic Yorkshire pudding wrap and incredible hot chocolates to warm you up as you explore this wonderland.
Family Funfair
Last but not least, the famous family funfair, situated at City Lawn Halls, where you can enjoy a range of exciting attractions and fun-filled activities, from the fairground classics of the funhouse, waltzers, merry-go-round and more.
