Alex Gooch Bakery

Firstly, Alex Gooch, a multi-award-winning plant-based baker, opened his very own cafe situated here on Whitchurch Road, Cardiff. A wide range of mouthwatering bread and pastries that are baked fresh daily and 100% vegan paired with, of course, excellent coffee – this is a must-visit!

Anna Loka

A cafe/restaurant dedicated to creating healthy, vegan dishes that will not compromise on taste or quality. Founded in 2015 when the owner, Adam, found an absence in vegan restaurants that allowed for an abundance of choice and truly delicious food. Located on Albany Road, Cardiff, they have a wide range of options such as burgers, wraps, Asian-inspired dishes, and many more dishes that will be sure to get taste buds tingling this Veganuary. 

The Grazing Shed

Voted the top burger joint in Wales and situated here in Cardiff City Centre, The Grazing Shed offers vegetarian and vegan alternatives for all of their incredible burgers. They pride themselves on their top-notch ingredients and excellent service, making this the perfect spot to indulge in a delicious vegan burger this month.

The Botanist

The Botanist Vegan Board includes five delicious Vegan Small Plates such as house salad, hummus, Garlic Mushrooms, Grilled Vegetables and their Bang Bang Cauliflower. The perfect option for a tapas-inspired evening ready to be washed down with a range of vegan cocktails. The botanist also offers a range of alternative Vegan Options, such as burgers and their iconic hanging kebabs on their menu, so there is something for everyone. Located in Cardiff City Centre, definitely give this a try if you’re looking for the perfect date night spot this month.

Lunas Vegan Corner

Located on Wellfield Road, Cardiff, Lunas Vegan Corner is a fully vegan restaurant with a passion for kindness to animals and conscious living while enjoying delicious food from coffees and smoothies to delicious brunches and an incredible range of dishes on their main menu, such as burgers and salads. Additionally, they offer a mouth-watering, fully vegan roast dinner available on Sundays – Definitely worth a visit.
